DEIRDRE O’BYRNE

Deirdre O’Byrne: Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Deirdre O’Byrne developed a passion for art at an early age. What began as a knack for simple doodles and sketchs soon became an enthusiastic love for drawing and painting. Encouraged by her parents she graduated with an honors degree in Visual Communication from Ireland’s National College of Art & Design. She began her professional career as an illustrator at Dublin’s top illustration firm "Pat McIntyre & Associates".

Deirdre is a member of "The San Diego Watercolor Society" and "The San Diego Art Institute" in Balboa Park. She will be exhibiting her works at the 2008 Art Walk in Little Italy, downtown San Diego from April 26th – 27th.
